SCHOOL (PRESCHOOL/ELEMENTARY/SECONDARY/ETC) / HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTE 

  • Application for group visit to the National Museum can be filled in via the link https://www.muziumnegara.gov.my/en/borang-tempahan-lawatan-ke-muzium-negara.
  • Kindly print your application which will be sent to email and present it to the ticketing agent together with official letter from your school/institution/organization during your visit to the National Museum.

GOVERNMENT / PRIVATE AGENCIES/ EMBASSY / ETC 

  • Email your application to the Director of the National Museum, zamrul@jmm.gov.my and pr.mn@jmm.gov.my.
  • The application must be made 2 weeks prior to the visit. 
  • Tour guide services can be requested 2 weeks prior to the visit and will depend on the availability of the guide.
